Content Ownership and Platform Rights

Your creative work belongs to you – this is fundamental. When you share content on ChoisBits, you keep ownership of everything you create. However, by posting on our platform, you give us permission to display, promote, and share your content across ChoisBits. This helps us showcase your work to more people and integrate it seamlessly into our prediction features. Think of it as letting us be your content's biggest fan and promoter while you maintain creative control.

Making Money on ChoisBits

We believe in fair compensation for creators. Our revenue model is straightforward: you earn from both ad views and prediction stakes on your content. Here's the breakdown: you receive 60% of all ad revenue generated from your Bits and 10% of stake earnings. We handle all the payment processing and analytics, paying you monthly once you reach $50 in earnings. We make our money when you make money, so our success is tied directly to yours.

Content Quality and Guidelines

Great content makes ChoisBits special, and we trust our creators to maintain high standards. Your Bits should be original, engaging, and designed with predictions in mind. This means creating content that naturally encourages users to make predictions and participate. While we embrace creativity, we need to maintain a safe, inclusive environment. This means no harmful content, hate speech, or material that could hurt our community. Think of your content as starting conversations, not controversies.

Brand Partnerships and Sponsored Content

We encourage creators to grow through brand partnerships, but transparency is key. When working with brands, simply let your audience know it's a sponsored Bit. We have a streamlined process for approving partnerships – just let us know about potential collaborations before they go live. This helps us ensure all sponsored content aligns with our platform's values and prediction-based format.

Protecting Your Work and Our Platform

We take intellectual property seriously. If someone copies your content, we've got your back with a swift response system. Similarly, we ask you to respect others' creative work and our platform's trademarks. When using ChoisBits' branding or features in your content, we'll provide guidelines to help you do it right.

Keeping Things Confidential

As a creator, you might get early access to new features or insight into platform metrics. We trust you to keep non-public information confidential. This includes upcoming features, revenue data, and any sensitive information you learn about the platform. This trust goes both ways – we protect your data and analytics with the same care.

Account Management

Your success is our success. We provide tools and analytics to help you grow your audience and increase engagement. As you build your presence, you can progress through different creator levels, each offering additional features and benefits. Keep creating quality content, maintain good community standing, and watch your influence grow.

Ending the Agreement

We hope for a long, successful partnership, but we understand things change. If you decide to leave the platform, we just ask for 30 days' notice to properly resolve any active predictions and pending payments. Similarly, if we need to end our partnership due to guideline violations or other serious issues, we'll handle it professionally and fairly.
